
All of us at Giannini’s Auto Service Inc. realize that our customers are the most important resource that we have. We are also aware that due to the nature of our business, not all jobs will go in a perfectly planned order all of the time.
In light of this we have made constructive criticism an important part of our business process. We are aware that many customers will not say anything about areas in the service process which may have upset them. We will periodically call our customers to insure quality service on their previous visit. This is the time to let us know if we performed to your satisfaction. Continued improvement in our service process definitely requires constructive criticism from our customers. So please let us know if there are any areas that you feel we can improve upon. Also, we encourage all of our customers to fill out one of our AAA evaluation cards. The card has easy to use check boxes and is postage paid. This information counts toward our customer satisfaction index. AAA mandates perfection in service and repairs. We are proud to be an AAA certified repair facility.
